About Paul Prososki

Paul Prososki is a government affairs, campaign, and advocacy consultant who has worked in Washington and around the world for 20+ years.

From 2005 – 2015, Paul was based in the Balkans as Resident Country Director for the International Republican Institute in Serbia and Bosnia.  During those years, Paul led the most respected public opinion research program in the region, and advised major political parties in five national elections.  He created seven grassroots NGOs to fill niches in advocacy, and funded and advised many more groups, to drive public demand for reforms.  He advised ministers on labor market and agricultural reforms in Serbia, NATO membership in Montenegro, and trade liberalization in Bosnia.  Paul has also consulted in Brussels, Hungary, Iraq, Jordan, Korea, Lebanon, Macedonia, Oman, Poland, Slovakia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Prior to joining IRI, Paul was the chief economist and lobbyist for the State Government Affairs team at Americans for Tax Reform in Washington.
