(Domestic Security Protection Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security) 國保局: Also known as Bureau 1 of the Ministry of Public Security, and formerly known as the Political Protection Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, it was established on the model of the State Political Administration of the Soviet Union.
