Nobuya Fukumoto
Nobuya Fukumoto graduated in March 1988 from the Faculty of Law, The University of Tokyo. In October 1988, he passed the National Bar Examination. In April 1991, he was appointed as a Public Prosecutor. In 1996, he studied at the University of Notre Dame Law School, in the USA. In 1997, he
served at the Ministry of Justice. From
August 2000, he is an attorney at law in private practice, with extensive experience in legal writing and publications.
