Jackson Chun-Chi Chih is a Taiwanese scholar currently working as a research fellow and chief of the Evaluation and Training Division at the Higher Education and Accreditation Council of Taiwan. He earned his Ph.D. at National Taiwan Normal University, and has written and lectured extensively on education issues. He also serves as editor-in-chief of “Evaluation Bimonthly.”
