Hilary L. Miller, who graduated with honors in political science and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is the Morris B. Abram Fellow at United Nations Watch, a Geneva-based non-governmental organization that promotes human rights for all. She is responsible for monitoring the work of UN bodies worldwide, drafting articles, press releases and speeches, and managing social media. She has testified on behalf of the organization before the United Nations Human Rights Council.
